About Alexander

For 15 years I have been working as an independent
Scrum Master, SAFe® Release Train Engineer, Agile Coach, Product Owner and SAFe® Practice Consultant. I specialize in the areas of agile team leadership, agile product management and process development.
For me, digital and cultural transformation is the basis for being able to work successfully in software and general product development in the future.
I help to productively translate the current challenges of this fundamental change into new team development, product development and manage- ment processes.
