Andreas Voss

As Co-Founder and Program Lead, I design and deliver international study tours, innovation programs and entrepreneurship workshops for universities, companies and public institutions across Europe and the United States. Together with my co-founder, I develop experiential learning formats that combine academic rigor, entrepreneurial execution and real-world exposure, enabling participants to strengthen their innovation capabilities, leadership skills and career development pathways.

My work involves creating and managing end-to-end programs in Entrepreneurship, Corporate Entrepreneurship and Innovation Leadership. This includes curriculum design, strategic partner development, stakeholder coordination, workshop facilitation and on-site leadership during multi-country programs. I work closely with universities, corporates and ecosystem partners to translate educational and organisational goals into impactful, execution-driven learning experiences.

A core part of my role is building and maintaining an international network that connects young talent, founders, researchers and companies across diverse industries. I collaborate with innovation hubs, research institutions, accelerators, venture studios and corporate partners to provide participants with direct access to entrepreneurial ecosystems and real-world opportunities.

Additionally, I support clients and partners in developing entrepreneurial concepts, exploring new business opportunities and enhancing organisational innovation capabilities. My work blends structured program design with strategic facilitation, giving teams the tools and mindset to move from ideas to tangible outcomes.

Over the past decade, this role has strengthened my expertise in innovation leadership, venture execution, stakeholder management and cross-cultural program delivery—capabilities that directly inform my work as a Fractional Innovation & Venture Lead.

As the founder and managing director of my own consulting company, I developed and delivered innovation, entrepreneurship and business development programs for companies, institutions and high-potential teams. I worked directly with clients such as Audi, Axel Springer, Mengler Real Estate and Sinus Security Services, supporting their strategic expansion, new business initiatives and organisational development efforts. My role combined entrepreneurial leadership with hands-on execution, enabling clients to translate strategic goals into actionable projects and measurable outcomes. A central part of my work involved building and leading workshops, accelerator formats and innovation programs in collaboration with universities and research institutions, including Charité, FU Berlin, L3S and Deutsche Bahn. I designed structured, execution-driven processes that helped teams develop business models, validate assumptions, align stakeholders and accelerate implementation. These programs brought together interdisciplinary groups and required strong facilitation skills, senior communication and the ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder environments. I also provided tailored advisory services for founders, corporate innovation teams and institutional clients, focusing on venture development, commercial strategy, organisational improvement and strategic decision-making. In 2011, my company received accreditation from both KfW and the German Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology, recognising the methodological quality and impact of the programs and advisory services we delivered. This entrepreneurial period shaped my ability to operate as a Fractional Innovation & Venture Lead today — combining strategic insight, program design, execution leadership and the capacity to guide organisations through uncertainty and growth.

As one of the founding shareholders of livvic GmbH, I played a formative role in the early development and conceptualisation of the company during the crucial pre-launch phase in 2012–2013. Working closely with the founding team, I contributed to defining the strategic direction, shaping the business model and laying the operational and organisational groundwork for a company built to innovate in its sector.

My focus during the early stages was on clarifying the value proposition, assessing market potential, building initial structures and supporting the founders in translating an entrepreneurial vision into a feasible, investor-ready concept. This included developing the commercial logic, exploring partnership opportunities, designing early processes and supporting strategic decision-making during a phase characterised by uncertainty, iteration and rapid learning.

As with many early venture-building engagements, my role centred around enabling the company to move from idea to structured execution—helping the team navigate the complexities of market entry, operational planning and organisational setup. Although my most intensive involvement took place before the formal launch, I have remained a shareholder and long-term supporter of livvic GmbH, accompanying its development as it evolved and matured in subsequent years.

My contribution to livvic strengthened my expertise in venture creation, strategic alignment, shareholder collaboration and early-stage business design. This experience continues to inform my work as a Fractional Innovation & Venture Lead, where I support organisations in building new initiatives, validating opportunities and establishing resilient foundations for future growth.
