I had 16+ years of extensive experience in pre & post award procurement of thermal power plants including Solar PV based plants, Onshore wind forms & CCUS project which includes design, engineering, manufacturing, supply, installation, testing & commissioning in scope and having skills like lead progress review of project, its CAPEX planning, finalise variation proposals, settlement of claims & disputes including notices/short closure, closing of Contracts, Stakeholder Management, Risk assessment & mitigation, Category Management, Key Account Management, reconciliation of payments, accessing performance of contractor etc.. Apart from procurement, i had experience of 4 years in operation & maintenance of Coal Handling Plant wherein i update my skills in providing safe work culture in my plant by adopting latest safety measures of International standards in Industry and as per company Safety Policy viz. adaptation of Safety Framework, its inclusion in SAP and linking with Employee's performance, HIRA, JSA, Method Statement, developing mobile app and its linking with SAP to report unsafe act/condition, near miss incidents, conduct PEP Talk, TBT etc.
