• • Oversee daily trading operations, ensuring seamless support to traders and mitigating operational risks.

• • Respond promptly to front-office requests, maintaining composure under pressure while fostering strong collaboration with stakeholders and externals.

• • Manage operationally the trade lifecycle from initiation to execution, ensuring optimal liquidity access for portfolio managers.

• • Lead internal and external projects, including system enhancements and CTRM migrations.

• • Act as a liaison with external entities such as exchanges, clearers, brokers, and trading platforms, CTRM providers to ensure accurate and timely data for trading operations.

• • Optimize trade execution routes to minimize delays and maximize liquidity.

• • Conduct data analysis using Excel for ad-hoc reporting (e.g., MTM analysis) and utilize CTRM systems effectively.

• • Collaborate closely with legal and compliance teams to uphold corporate governance and ethical standards.

• • Manage KYC processes and third-party onboarding in line with regulatory requirements.

• • Analysing, structuring, presenting and leading client financing opportunities active in the commodity trading.

• • Managing and monitoring client economic positions daily to ensure maximum utilisation of the credit lines.

• • Building and maintaining client relationships by providing professional services.

• • Handling all financial, operational, legal and documentary risks in close collaboration with the relationship Manager and the appropriate departments.

• • Proceeding inspections, BL checks, and stock releases.

• • Credit assessment to set up credit ratings and establish trading limits.

• • Review of EFET and ISDA contracts with legal department.

• • Managing financial credit instruments to mitigate the risk such as PCGs, Deposits, Bank guarantees.

• • KYC Analysis

• • Credit exposures monitoring, based on daily credit report.

• • Managing credit insurance contract with the credit insurer (covered portfolio, premium, exposures reporting).

• • Advise on credit structuring for large and/or long-term and/or sophisticated transactions, working with Front Office, Trade Finance, Legal, and Market Risk.
