I was in charge of the marketing strategy and communication for a safari company based in South Africa. I had to put a strategy in place to get as many people interested in buying safari packages from the US.

I was also in charge of communication with the clients from the moment they bought a package to the day the fly back home.

My job also included operational management for the team in South Africa
