I want to use my skills and experience within a new admin/ customer service role working from home. As a mum of a blind toddler, I dedicated the last two years to help my daughter to meet her development milestones. I am ready now to get back to work life once more.
I am outgoing and social person willing to accomplish new assignments, which will give me the opportunity to develop as a person and as a professional. I like taking the initiative and have learned working independently.
In my most current role as Outreach Administrator at BeyondAutism, I was managing independently the running of the Early Years and Outreach offices. I was offering assistance to existing and new potential parents/ carers over the phone, via email correspondence and in person. Additionally, I was accommodating the Outreach teachers with their daily schedule and their monthly payments.
Previously as a Patient Support Advisor at Create Fertility clinic, I was giving information and advice about the clinic’s services and prices. Moreover, I used to generate invoices and prescriptions when applicable, take payments and book patients’ appointments.
Lastly but not least, in my former job as a Customer Service Assistant- and then was promoted to Supervisor, for the LifeScan campaign, I had come across to quite few of crises at several occasions. For an instance, a great deal of times in the past there was a deficiency in number of staff and I had to run the team by myself. I have acquired the proficiency to manage time wisely and complete all the tasks of the day successfully.
