I specialise in digital health platform strategies and business development, helping clients design actionable roadmaps to move from their current state to a more advanced stage of digital health transformation. I also support the design and execution of patient engagement initiatives and go-to-market strategies.

With over 20 years of experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries, I’ve led cross-functional teams to build and launch global digital health initiatives. My background in the regulated world of medical device development has given me a 360-degree perspective on how to build products that achieve product-market fit while remaining compliant and scalable.

I’ve worked in global, regional, and local roles across digital health start-ups, large MedTech and pharma companies, and the public health sector. Some of the leading health brands I’ve supported include Elekta, IXICO, Merck KGaA, and the NHS.

I also bring deep expertise in agile coaching, lean start-up methodologies, and designing scalable digital health business models.
