- Developed an app named DIY. DIY is an internal platform (yet for external customers) that allows SAP colleagues to manage tickets from outside customers more efficiently. The platform is used by customer support teams located in more than 10 countries. Tickets are categorized into five types: symptom, check, analysis, report action, resolution action. DIY is also integrated with SAP Notes, SAP customer incidents, SAP BCP systems. DIY gives users the ability to discover a large amount of information effortlessly by providing the enhanced visualization. DIY aims to acquire all the related information to become the central knowledge-based platform.
- Migrated an on-premise application to a cloud platform
- Co-develop Workload Analysis application, a component in Sap Hana Cockpit
- Co-develop SQL Parser (using AST Tree) Library implemented in JS. It's used in Sap Hana Runtime Tools and Sap Hana Cockpit
- Have experience in UX, UI Testing, Agile process, full-stack development, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP UI5, HANA database, XSA architecture.
- Lead local d-shop innovation labs, organize events, plan strategy and roadmap for 2018 activities, long-term vision.
- Work on IoT, Design Thinking and Blockchain applications
