Working with Product departments to create a shift, to focus on the right things that bring the most value for the customer and the business. I combine my coaching background with what I learnt from my years in Product Management. I've seen how a product team can work together to drive an experimental culture with true customer focus to success, as well as the pitfalls one can land in when one is output instead of outcome driven. My favourite part of product management is the people and these are the ones I work with, establishing collaborations and clear communication so all can participate where / when needed.
