- Defined the global Data Migration strategy for the transition from GPIC to Oracle NetSuite, including scope, ownership, cleansing approach, validation cycles, and cutover readiness.

- Designed and implemented the Data Governance framework covering master data, transactional data, metadata management, data catalog, ownership models, lineage, and quality controls aligned with DAMA-DMBOK principles.

- Led data quality assessment and cleansing strategy across critical business domains, ensuring migration readiness and reducing operational risks during ERP transition.

- Led offshore delivery teams (20 FTEs in India for 5 years, 10 FTEs in Morocco for 1 year) on Data Platform projects covering Oracle, SSIS, BizTalk, Power BI, and cloud migrations to Azure and Oracle Cloud, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with enterprise data strategy.

- Model Governance: validate data models (Star, Snowflake, Data Vault, UML) and support Data Engineers to ensure consistency, maintainability, and compliance with DAMA-DMBOK standards.

- Custodian of development and data standards: establish naming conventions, modeling rules, and documentation practices, ensuring uniformity and scalability of Data Products.

- Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with Prodcut Owners, Data Engineers, Data Analysts, Data Scientists, Data Architects, and Data Product Managers to scope, design, and deliver Data solutions.

- Supervision of integration pipelines (Synapse, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Dataiku SSIS, BizTalk) by applying the medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver and Gold layers)

- Support data governance initiatives aligned with DAMA-DMBOK using Data Galaxy (catalogs, business glossaries, workflows, metadata, and data lineage).

Implement automated Data Quality controls and validation tests using Synapse and PowerBI, ensuring compliance, traceability, and measurable data quality KPIs.

Conduct analysis of existing data use cases and AI needs across business domains, identifying gaps and developing a roadmap for new AI driven initiatives.

Context : SERVIER is a pharmaceutical group specializing in key therapeutic areas such as cardiovascular diseases, oncology, and neuropsychiatric disorders. As part of its digital transformation by the migration of all ERPs to SAP S4 Hana, SERVIER’s IT Department has launched two major strategic initiatives: the implementation of ITIL processes and the deployment of a Data Office to structure data governance. These projects aim to support operational excellence and foster innovation in the service of patients.

Activities :

- Implement the Demand Management process according to ITIL best practices (Data operations)

- Create the Data Office and define business-IT data governance roles and corporate Data Strategy

- Develop KPI dashboards in Power BI to measure ITSM performance (Data Quality Management).

- Support ServiceNow deployment with structured role mapping and training across stakeholders (Metadata and Data Stewardship).
