Account Leadership - lead on Tier 1 clients with hands-on approach to account management. Lead on strategy, roadmap and optimisation. Lead on weekly/bi-weekly client calls, reporting on account performance via third-party tools (Google Looker Studio, Funnel)

Team growth & revenue - train, develop and oversee team's performance, ensuring client revenue is in line with team R&R. Responsible for client retainment & growth, promoting opportunities outside of current retainers

Daily client health checks - ranging from, but not limited to: budget management, campaign builds, ad copy improvements, reporting

Line Management & delegation - Currently building up a team, line-managing two Exec/Senior Execs

Analytical mindset - self-confessed GA4 nerd, keeping up to date with many changes, alongside ensuring all departments are up to speed with training & development

Project management - lead, organise and oversee ad-hoc projects, overseeing work of AM's and Senior Execs

Lead on weekly/monthly client calls, feeding back on performance and recommendations

•Assist with new business pitches/kick -offs. When leading new business accounts, setup from start to finish including ads account setup, reporting dashboard and conversion tracking via GTM. If applicable, assist with setup of GA4 account

Regular account builds (campaign structure/setup) ad copywriting, keyword research, search term reports, ad extension reviews etc…

Regularly keeping up to date with industry changes, including new campaign types

Negotiate contracts with clients, discuss innovative ideas and new strategic approaches

Line-manage one PPC executive, providing weekly training sessions and setting SMART probation/yearly objectives

Work with finance team to ensure invoices to clients are sent correctly .
