I help growth-stage companies in digital commerce, mobility, and travel build the commercial

engine that takes them to the next level — as a fractional CCO, interim commercial lead,

or strategy consultant.

With 20+ years of experience building and scaling digital businesses across Europe, I bring

both the strategic clarity and hands-on execution that founders and leadership teams need

when revenue growth is the priority.

I founded and scaled ListNRide into Europe's leading bike rental marketplace — 2,000+

partners, 15+ OEM partnerships, €1.7M raised, and a successful exit in 2023. Before that,

I led commercial organisations at travelaudience (an Amadeus company), mobile.de (Adevinta),

and Marktplaats.nl — running revenue budgets between €10M and €25M and building teams of

up to 15 FTE across multiple European markets.

Since 2024 I run uWonder, my consulting practice, where I work with scale-ups as a

fractional or interim commercial leader. Current and recent mandates include serving as

Chief Commercial Officer at Cyql.app, Strategy Consultant at CyclingHero.cc, and

commercial engagements in the German cycling and e-commerce space.
