- Work closely with the in-house talent search and recruitment branding teams to actively attract top talent through multiple direct channels and recruiting campaigns.
- Influence and engage stakeholders to ensure the best candidate experience whilst maintaining strong DE&I guardrails, thus increasing company reputations as an employer of choice.
- Provide monthly presentations showcasing the progression and future progressions of headcount across the whole of the core business service Markets and Business development sub service line.
- Work closely with onboarding and immigration teams to ensure we are working within start date time lines and candidates are regularly updated on progress.
