At Aktiia, I lead the development of a company-wide Data Platform used across Product, Research and Machine Learning teams. I design and operate scalable Medallion architectures (Bronze/Silver/Gold), ingestion frameworks and analytical data models on Databricks using PySpark, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog and S3.

• Led cross-functional data initiatives, coordinating with Product Managers, Analysts and Engineering teams to deliver data solutions aligned with business needs.

• Refactored and standardized the company’s data modeling architecture using Kimball methodology and star schemas, significantly improving query performance, maintainability and data governance.

• Built and maintained end-to-end data workflows covering ingestion, transformation (dbt) and integration with BI platforms such as Power BI and Tableau.

• Collaborated closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable data models, KPIs and analytical datasets.
