I am a Biomedical Engineer converted into Product strategist. I have launched several start ups (inaglobe & Expeditions), facilitated the launch of products (TakeUp, Paige, Phillbox, etc.) and managed several products at a growth scale up (Ankorstore). I specialise in early-stage product strategy and MVP definition. I leverage heavily human-centred and systemic design, and am very proficient in working in data-scarce environments that rely on mixed-methods and highly qualitative data to define product priorities. I have led major projects, built teams and researched highly complex topics.
My sector agnostic approach means that my creative process pools from many different frames of understanding, meaning that I often try to break with conventional and domain-focused innovation. This is particularly useful in firms that are looking for disruptive innovation. My process is problem-focused and outcome-driven, rather than with prescribed features and criteria.
