Jane Thomson

I'm a Producer/Production Manager with a comprehensive work history across TV, live, news media, documentary and digital agencies.

My experience crosses over editorial and production, which means I can manage shoots of any scale, control budgets, talent, crew and schedules while also shoot, edit, interview, produce across all levels of production.

In terms of me, I was born in New Zealand therefore have a strong kiwi work ethic, always putting in 100% to any role I take on and, in previous positions, I have been noted for both my skill set and excellent communication skills.

My most recent contract was a Production Manager role, organising high profile shoots for the Frontiers of Knowledge Awards, the client was BBVA Bank. They required short documentary packages of all the Laureate winners (24 in total) who were located all around the world, from Australia, UK, Europe and US, most in Universities such as Yale, Harvard, Princeton, although one in the field in Kenya. I've been organising the shoots, crewing up, all aspects of production, permits etc, managing talent and schedule including shot lists and, those in UK/Europe I was field producer on set.
