Décibels Vendanges is an emerging music festival taking place across two venues in the 18th arrondissement of Paris. Over four days, the festival showcases twelve emerging artists and welcomes over 300 attendees per day, highlighting new musical voices within the broader framework of the Fête des Vendanges.

As Production Manager, I led the full production of the festival across the three venues, overseeing planning, coordination, logistics, and on-site execution. I also contributed to the programming.

The Fête des Vendanges de Montmartre is the third largest annual event in Paris, welcoming over 500,000 visitors across five days. Spanning multiple venues throughout the 18th arrondissement, the festival brings together multidisciplinary programming including music, performances, exhibitions, gastronomy, and community-led initiatives. Rooted in the identity of Montmartre, the event celebrates local culture while embracing artistic diversity and intergenerational dialogue.

As Production Manager, I contributed to the overall programming and led the global production coordination, ensuring the smooth delivery of a large-scale, multi-site cultural event.

KUMO Expo is a multidisciplinary exhibition platform dedicated to showcasing emerging artists across visual arts, music, and design. Developed over five editions in Paris, Brussels, and Tokyo, the project brings together international talents and attracts over 300 attendees per edition, fostering dialogue between artistic disciplines and cultural communities.

As Lead Producer and Curator, I managed the project from concept to delivery, overseeing artistic direction, programming, and full-scale production.
