I have collaborated in long-term missions for large companies, most often international, for which IT tools represent a major player in operational activities, such as CERN (research), the GSMN group (medical clinics), VITOL (trading), or Everbridge-Techwan ("Public Safety"), all considered as one of the market leaders in their respective sectors.

During my 20 years of experience, with my self-taught approach supplemented by some training (exchange server, citrix, terminal server, etc.), I have evolved to become a solid element easily leading several infrastructure projects simultaneously, as well as national or international teams of several engineers, therefore using French/English fluently, both orally and in writing.

IT Infrastructure manager – Main tasks:

• Management of the internal system/platform engineers' team (5 employees France/Switzerland), people management/organization/planning/training/project management.
• Worked on many commercial offers delivered to end customers and its related relationship with external partners.
• Provisioning and budgeting for both internal and external customer's infrastructures.

System engineer– Main tasks:

• Complete design/implementation/administration of multiple Hyper-V and VMware clusters, including network/software/hardware (Dell Servers, Dell PowerVault DAS storage, basic Cisco and Fortinet network equipment)
• Complete design/implementation/administration of Microsoft Active directory (including DNS/DHCP/GPOs, Tiering, RBAC and IAM), documentation and configuration for high availability, disaster recovery, internally for the development teams (40 developers) as well as different customer's environments (5000+ users, 700+ virtual servers, many workstations), dedicated Active directory for the application that we developed and delivered widely in France/Switzerland/UAE (emergency, incident and crisis management for police/ambulance/firemen/medical services)
• Complete design/implementation/administration of various Microsoft technologies such as DFS, ADFS, internal PKI, Microsoft SQL Clusters, IIS servers, Terminal Servers, SharePoint servers, KMS, WSUS, Storage replica etc…
• Complete design/implementation/administration of other technologies and tools such as Veeam backup and recovery v11/12, ManageEngine products (AD Manager/AD SelfService/OpManager/Endpoint Central), Kemp LoadBalancers…
• Several administration tasks for various MS 365 and Azure cloud services, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, virtual machines, Kusto queries for monitoring, ADSync, Entra etc…

• Active directory and AzureAD administration, multi-domain and multi-tenant. Re-organization of the active directory structure with DNS and GPOs, 12 domains and around 2000 users / workstations.
• Exchange 2019 on-Premise and M365 hybrid administration.
• Transversal participation in a modernization / migration project of the hosting infrastructure including the virtualization part (Dell Vxrail / VMware Vcenter and ESXi 7x), backup (Veeam B&R V11), various network aspects, WSUS automated update strategy for virtual and physical servers (300 servers).
• Participation in the migration of workstations to a "Cloud based modern management model" based on Microsoft AzureAD and Intunes.
• Resolution of level 3 requests and incidents related to various modernizations and migrations tasks to the Cloud.
