Jhair in a few words
I'm Jhair, a user experience designer with a background in social research and a solid foundation in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
I am passionate about putting into practice my analytical and methodological skills to understand and solve problems. Generating ideas to solve problems and transferring what I learn is part of my professional DNA. As a UX designer and sociologist, I first try to understand the context and environment where the product is developed, as well as what is the main goal of the project, which allows me to make decisions about what techniques and strategies to use to achieve that goal. I put emphasis on developing solutions that consider people as agents with emotional and tangible priorities without leaving aside the objectives set from the business side.
