I joined Belazu Ingredient Company as a Graphic Designer with a bag of passion and enthusiasm. For a time I was their Designer, Photographer, Videographer and Brand Guardian. I currently run a small team working for the wider business. I am in charge of making sure that when a consumer comes across us, no matter the platform or place, what they see feels like Belazu. What would I say is the best part of working for Belazu? The way they encourage and support their employees to grow and develop themselves as both individuals and professionals. Design & Packaging:

• Brand Refresh - Fully managing the artwork process from beginning to end of creating and updating the look of labels for over 100 SKUs.

• Design experiential solutions for sampling, export, consumer and trade shows - including POS, price lists and signs

• Designing both print and digital advertising

• In charge of branding, stationary, vehicle artwork design, shelf ready packaging, concertina labels, internal newsletters, gift boxes, signage, website assets, new launches promotional materials

• New packaging/products mock-ups Photography & Videography:

• Create imagery for all social media

• Take photos of and help stylising food photoshoots of up to 10 recipes per session on a monthly basis

• Pack shots & Product shots for products on the Belazu website

• Lifestyle shots

• Events photography

• Internal photography

• Short up to 1 minute long recipe videos for social media

• Promotional videos for the Foundation projects

I joined The Good Guru team shortly after becoming part of Ascot International and Aruna Seth. My Good Guru adventure started while the brand was still under development. We went through brand name changes, product names, packaging, websites and social media designs and strategies. This experience helped me develop myself in a variety of fields I never expected to in so many ways. Working closely to the MD gave me a real insight of the whole company. My duties included:

• Brand development

• Packaging design - along with a creative agency

• Designing and helping to develop the The Good Guru website

• Product Photography - both pack shot and creative imagery

• Social Media panel and ad design on platforms such as: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter

• Print Ad design, titles including: Metro Newspaper, Coach magazine, Your Fitness magazine

• Stationery design including business cards, letterheads and compliments cards

• Image re-touching

• Art Direction of Food Photography

• Stand-Up Banners and Posters for events

Joining the Ascot International family opened the doors to many other brands including Front, BambooA, Azor La Mode, USBrass, Macadam and A-Plus. Being in charge of Ascot International made me create lots of marketing content from website design to catalogues and POS. My duties included:

• Product Photography of all products throughout the Ascot International family

• Designing POS

• Designing shoe boxes

• Designing stationery

• Designing and creating catalogues for all the Ascot International family - all brands having a different image and target market
