HRSG – Heat Recovery Steam Generator Projects:

Performed piping stress and flexibility analysis for HRSG systems under various load cases.

Developed and validated piping stress models using CAESAR II for different sections of HRSG recovery boilers.

Conducted stress analysis of critical piping systems connected to pumps, tanks, vessels, and equipment nozzles ensuring compliance with allowable nozzle loads. Executed dynamic analysis including: Relief valve load analysis, Wind and seismic analysis, Occasional load evaluation.

Performed engineering evaluation and specification of expansion joints, anchor load verification, and nozzle load optimization.

Prepared detailed stress analysis reports, support calculation reports, and engineering documentation in accordance with project specifications and international codes.

Performed specification and selection of: Constant spring hangers, Variable spring supports, Snubbers, Expansion joints and special supports.

Coordinated closely with Project Management, piping designers and multidisciplinary engineering teams to optimize piping routing and support arrangements.

Green Hydrogen:

Participated in the engineering and optimization of 3D piping layouts for Hydrogen Separation Skids and Electrolyzer packages.

Developed piping stress models for hydrogen process systems and skid mounted units using CAESAR II.

Performed piping flexibility and stress analysis for process and utility piping systems associated with green hydrogen production facilities.

Conducted thermal expansion assessment and support optimization for skid piping systems including evaluation of expansion joints and equipment interface loads.

Executed piping and mechanical engineering activities for EPC oil & gas, petrochemical, and hydrocarbon terminal projects. Performed detailed engineering piping/Pipeline design and 3D modeling for loading/offloading skids, chemical injection skids, and process piping systems using AVEVA E3D/PDMS, AutoCAD Plant 3D, and Navisworks.

Reviewed P&IDs, line lists, piping classes, equipment datasheets, and coordinated with Process and multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Prepared and validated engineering deliverables including GADs, equipment layouts, isometrics and MTOs.

Coordinated 3D model reviews and ensured constructability, accessibility, and clash-free design integration.

Prepared technical bid packages and responded to client/consultant technical comments.
