    Mandated as VP Sales EMEA to design the full European GTM from scratch and establish the commercial foundation across key EMEA markets.

    Action
    Defined market segmentation, ICP, pricing architecture and partnership framework. Identified strategic entry points, engaged key accounts and structured the European partner ecosystem end-to-end.

    Pole Position Monaco, a historic 2-wheel mobility concession operator in the Principality, identified an opportunity to launch a new shared mobility service in Monaco — one of the most complex institutional environments in Europe, requiring navigation of both public authority approval and private operator alignment.

    🎯 Task
    Mandated as Project Director to lead the full project lifecycle — from supplier selection and contract negotiation to institutional approval and service launch coordination.

    ⚡ Action
    Managed end-to-end project delivery: negotiated software (ATOM Mobility) and hardware (NIU vehicles) supplier contracts under optimal commercial conditions. Led legal discussions and contract execution. Coordinated all stakeholder interactions between the Principality's public authorities and private operators. Managed project planning across front-end, back-end and hardware integration phases. Coordinated with TrackAP as IoT integration partner.
