Analyse large-scale human omics datasets (single-cell RNASeq and EV-RNASeq) for biomarker discovery and generate actionable insight for precision health. Develop, maintain, and optimize reproducible bioinformatics pipelines using Python/R, Jupyter notebooks, and R Markdown, with version control and collaborative workflows managed via GitHub. Ensure data quality, reproducibility, and interoperability through standardized data processing, documentation, and workflow organization. Write ethic-compliant research protocols (BASEC). Build and manage partnership with healthcare stakeholders.

Managed cross-functional spatial omics projects using MALDI mass spectrometry lipidomic imaging and spatial transcriptomics to build spatiotemporal (4D) molecular atlases. Contributed to developing bioinformatic tools for complex data integration and analysis in mass spectrometry imaging. Integrated computational analysis with experimental work (tissue collection, processing, data acquisition and validation), translating results into biological insights leading to three high-impact publications. Coached junior scientists, supporting collaborative and interdisciplinary research.

Directed a neurodevelopment research project involving in vitro and in vivo models, including experimental work and downstream data analysis. Performed RNA-seq analyses (short- and long-read), including de novo transcriptome assembly and alternative splicing quantification, together with microscopy image analysis. Supervised junior researchers and coordinated interdisciplinary collaborations, resulting in three peer-reviewed publications and international conference presentations.
