Lead Alcimed's activities in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence in Switzerland and provide consulting services for our clients in the healthcare, food and chemistry industries. Responsible for all steps of the project pipeline: Sales process, methodology and timeline definition, project execution/management, deliverables creation and presentation to clients.

• Data community management: Stir the development of the digital (data/AI) offer at Alcimed, create business development material (slide decks, articles), and organize train ing sessions and workshops for the digital team at Alcimed.

• Strategic consulting: Manage projects in digital transformation strategy, due diligence for mergers and acquisitions of AI companies, benchmarking and selection of AI partners, and development of AI implementation roadmaps.

• Custom developments: Lead technical projects to develop data acquisition and pro cessing pipelines, predictive models, and custom tools based on large language models (OpenAI/Mistral APIs).

• Business intelligence: Development of strategic decision tools and business intelligence dashboards (PowerBI, Tableau, custom solutions).

Responsible for the Research and Development efforts at ArcoScreen, a startup developing a novel platform for drug discovery applications in cell receptors.

• Design and validation of the microfluidic chip at the core of the system.

• Optimization and validation of the biological assay. Design of Experiment to optimize the experimental process, from cell culture to fluorescence readout.

• Creation of the data analysis software. Data analysis consisted of data extraction from image batches, computation of various relevant statistical parameters, data visualization, summarization of the results and creation of the overall user interface.

Development of explosive detection devices in the gaseous phase, based on peptides function alized cantilevers.

• Development of the functionalization process and device design.

• Creation of the detection software in Python (communication with measurement hard ware, weak signal detection algorithm, user interface).
