Hi, I am a self-motivated and self starter individual. I extensive experience and accredited credentials in all cross-functional areas that helps me to manage and lead projects and programmes better right from the on-set because I understand the stakeholders and cross-functional areas challenges and have the know how to manage dependencies and risks better. I have passion not only managing programmes but also ensuring that data is used to it's best ability in making informed decisions. I ensure that a consultancy is provided in all areas from business change, technologial change right through to BAU as well as programme delivery. I have experience in leading small teams (8) up to large scale programmes up to 50+. At times I have also worked on my own in providing consultancy such as research, discovery, bid material, and managing RFPs for business development. My diverse experience in different domains, environments and cross-functional areas has equipped me well to go into any different and make positive impact
