I’m excited to begin the next stage of my career, as an experienced insight and data science manager I have taken the decision to switch from permanent to contract work. I have built a wealth of experience in leading both teams and projects from infancy to successful conclusion. I have a can do, proactive, initiative driven approach to work and very much enjoy thinking outside the box to tackle a problem and challenge the status que. As a fast learner, I feel my work style is very much suited to contract work and look forward to having an immediate on my next project.

Alongside my adaptability, I have strong technical skills in insight generation, utilising SQL, R, Python, SPSS and excel to generate robust machine learning models for predictive analytics and insightful visualisations

What sets me apart from a pure data scientist is my deep understanding of business and customer behaviour, the role that data science and insight can play in decision making and the importance of strong stakeholder management and engagement in transitioning to a data driven/informed organisation.
