I am Malgorzata Smolenska. I am working in agile environment since 2013, started in small startup where I had an opportunity to work on different possitions. Finally choosed the best one for me. I was working in companies like DAZN (before Perform Group), William Hill, Karhoo, ING Bank, Jamf. I have experience in both startups and big corporations.
I was working as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach and Engineering Manager. I was running presentations in several agile meetups and conferences. I finish Coaching school and was serving as a Mentor in metroship programme.
