As a Head of Quality Group Management, I joined SFC KOENIG AG, a member of IDEX Corporation Ltd., reporting directly to the President of SFC KOENIG Group. Since IDEX Corp. Ltd does not have a corporate quality organization, I could define the Quality and EHS strategy for the SFC KOENIG Group by myself. SFC KOENIG Group has global presence with factories in Dietikon (Headquarter), Suzhou China, North Haven US and Illerrieden Germany.

As Head of Global Quality at Thyssenkrupp Presta, I reported directly to the CEO of the Steering Gear Automotive Business Unit and was responsible for ensuring that all plants adhered to corporate standards and regulatory requirements. My role included overseeing the introduction of new company policies, legal and OEM requirements, and ensuring compliance across all manufacturing sites I served as the key contact for the executive board on all matters related to project quality, plant quality, quality systems, and supplier quality. My responsibilities spanned multiple production and engineering competence centers, including: HQ Eschen, Liechtenstein, Manufacturing & Engineering Sites: Mülheim and Schönebeck (Germany), Florange (France), Budapest and Jászfényszaru (Hungary), Shanghai and Changzhou (China), Puebla (Mexico), Troy and Terre Haute (United States) Key Achievements & Responsibilities:

• Led and coached global quality teams to maximize performance and achieve operational excellence, overseeing >300 employees worldwide. (up to 10 direct reports)

• Drive and engage cross functional teams to conduct root cause analysis on both internal and external quality issues and formulate resolutions in a timely manner. Also, to ensure the implementation and effectiveness of actions and prevent problem from reoccurring.

• Provided strategic direction for compliance with international regulations, including warranty claims and product recalls.

• Worked closely with Finance & Senior Leadership to align quality initiatives with business objectives and risk management strategies.

• Led continuous improvement programs, identifying operational gaps and driving best practices across global locations.

• Managed multi-million-dollar quality budgets, developing long-term investment strategies for quality improvement and capital expenditures.

• Built and developed a high-performance quality engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous innovation.
