May’2021 – Dec’2022
Worked as a Technical delivery manager for Nationwide building society in UK. The project was about migration of Credit Risk engine to Cloud which included migration of Third-party Credit Risk Engine (FICO-SaaS) and its integration with various systems of the bank.
My role was to manage and deliver E-2-E project and it included all the project management techniques along with Agile ( SCRUM – Sprint ) delivery. There were third party co-ordination as well which included regular connects with Experian , TransUnion etc.
Apr’2019 – Mar’2021
Worked as Project manager cum Service delivery lead for an Insurance and retail bank ( PTSB) in Ireland. The project was a digital transformation project where bank was implementing new UX layer and their integration using API/Microservices layer.
My role was to implement an API/Microservices architecture and deliver API/Microservices. As a project manager I was responsible for study of current state integration architecture and suggest industry standard API architecture and then deliver API/Microservices required for integration of UX layer and other systems of the bank.

Worked as release project manager for Trade & Treasury reporting process automation using RPA ( Robotic Process Automation ) for a CITI bank.
Mar’16 – Sep’17
Worked as Project manager for UBS’s vendor consolidation programme. My responsibility in this programme was to manage the PMO activities for regulatory transaction reporting and testing for MiFID II ) .
July’15 – Feb’16
Worked as a Project manager cum Test manager for a HSBC’s global payment big data team. Payment big data team caters to the data requirements of the global HSBC business which need payment related data for various types of reporting related to regulatory compliance ( FATF , GSIB etc ) , Fraud , AML , terrorist funding etc.
Feb’14 – June’15
Worked as project manager for Honda’s SAP In-house bank and Treasury management systems.
In house bank and treasury management programme was transformation programme that replaces the current way of account payable and receivable process to improve the cash flow and liquidity analysis.
In-House bank will be used for Payment and receipt on behalf of all the branches of Europe into a central account for better visibility of fund..
o This includes SEPA/Non SEPA payment implementation for 15 Branches
o PCI-DSS
o Data migration from current system to “To be” system.
o External Bank connectivity using SWIFT alliance.
o Treasury management – Cash flow and Treasury Risk management
Aug’13 – Dec’13
Worked as project manager for RBS’s system separation programme ( RAINBOW) representing the transaction monitoring and fraud prevention area. The project included requirement management and E-2-E delivery of work packages for enhancement to the transaction monitoring tools like ACTIMIZE , FACTIVA , Watch list filtering etc.
My responsibilities were to act as demand manager in the transaction monitoring area and deliver the demands acting as project manager. The work included leading CCB , prepare project Plan, Estimation , RAID management and stakeholder management.
Aug’12 – Jul’13
Worked as Project manager for Sainsbury’s Oracle ( EBS) upgrade and POS release management. This included impact assessment of the Oracle upgrade on various systems and deliver the gap through system changes.
Aug’11 – Jun’12
Worked as programme manager for Tokio Marine ( General Insurance & Re-insurance) for their projects under Policy , Claim , Regulatory and group function.
