Below are some of the projects I worked on.May’2021 – Dec’2022Worked as a Technical delivery manager for Nationwide building society in UK. The project was about migration of Credit Risk engine to Cloud which included migration of Third-party Credit Risk Engine (FICO-SaaS) and its integration with various systems of the bank.My role was to manage and deliver E-2-E project and it included all the project management techniques along with Agile ( SCRUM – Sprint ) delivery. There were third party co-ordination as well which included regular connects with Experian , TransUnion etc.Apr’2019 – Mar’2021Worked as Project manager cum Service delivery lead for an Insurance and retail bank ( PTSB) in Ireland. The project was a digital transformation project where bank was implementing new UX layer and their integration using API/Microservices layer.My role was to implement an API/Microservices architecture and deliver API/Microservices.
