As the Business Analyst for the "eDeclaration for Posted Workers" project under the European Commission, my key achievements during this phase involved multiple critical tasks for a successful project initiation.

First, I was instrumental in defining the project scope. I identified the project's objectives and helped set expectations for what the project would deliver. This involved pinpointing the needs of the project stakeholders and setting up strategic goals in collaboration with the IT Architect and the Project Manager.

Next, I led the process of identifying and defining the business needs that the project would address. This required a deep understanding of the stakeholder's requirements, which I gathered through multiple sessions. I facilitated these requirements gathering meetings, ensuring all stakeholders had a platform to voice their needs and preferences.

Once I compiled the requirements, I prepared the business requirement documents. This involved translating the raw data gathered during the requirements sessions into structured and easily understandable documents. These documents served as a roadmap for the project team, guiding them on what needed to be built and implemented.

I also played a crucial role in establishing the project team. I worked closely with the IT Architect and the Product Owner, responsible for designing the IT solution and managing the project's product backlog.

My skills in Agile methodologies, UML Modelling, IT Analysis, Jira, and Business Processes were utilized extensively during this phase. I used these skills to manage the project requirements, design the IT solution, and manage the project's progress.

In conclusion, my role as a Business Analyst in the initial phase of the PM2 framework was marked by multiple achievements that contributed significantly to successfully initiating the "eDeclaration for Posted Workers" project.

I’ve been dedicated to this project few years, but now it is closed due to funds.

I have developed AWS Services solutions seamlessly integrating cutting-edge technology and financial services. My innovative platform enables our customers to optimize operations, accelerate innovation, and adapt to ever-changing regulations.
