I'm currently working part time as a R&D project manager.
My projects range from REACh compliance databases, changing designs of engine parts to implementing new turbine lagging. A very varied range of projects.
I'm the glue that keeps the project together.

I would say my strongest point is keeping the team motivated and involved. I set plans and target milestones and hold regular meetings to keep on track with the budget and resource levelling.
I also time book and hold regular review presentations.
One of my pet hates is inconsistencies, such as, layouts on presentations- should be uniformed, writing styles, sizes, spellings etc. I have a really keen eye to detail.

Most of my appraisals state that I exceed on team building and communication.
