Arranging travel, managing the CEO’s diary as well as the landscaping team’s diary, producing reports, acting as a first point of contact, and dealing with all correspondence.
• Using G-Suite to manage client projects.
• Participating in daily virtual meetings with staff using Google Meet.
• Bookkeeping duties using Sage Online to reconcile bank accounts, post payroll journals and process expenses. Preparing and submitting quarterly VAT returns.
• Invoicing clients using SimPRO software.
• Managing client database on SimPRO as well as our catalogue of materials.
• Payroll duties.
• Managing all HR issues including annual leave, sickness and distributing letters to staff.
• Ordering materials for each project and managing invoices for suppliers ensuring payments are made on time.
• Building relationships with all suppliers. I successfully negotiated materials costs with our main supplier, slashing prices by 30% resulting in considerable savings for the business.
• Maintaining digital filing systems.
