Manage multiple mid to large scale projects concurrently through a formal Project Management process by driving deliverables to ensure project goals, timelines and budgets are met
Collaborate with cross functional teams throughout project lifecycle and communicate project status with all stakeholders
Accountable for operational results of projects and project team deliverables, particularly project scheduling, product delivery, and customer satisfaction
Work in partnership with the stakeholders to develop and drive requirements for improvement and development projects
Manage project schedules, backlogs, and priorities to program management requirements
Manage risks, issues/problems, and activity progress to ensure project goals, deadline, scope and
quality are achieved
Develop and maintain project plans, budget, documentation, tracking and reporting progress to all stakeholders
Manage governance and transformation of projects by considering all impacts into account
Possess strong knowledge in Project Management methodologies
Analyzed opportunities for continuous improvement of Process and implementing across various streams
Promoting employee engagement, teamwork and job satisfaction through continued coaching and development
Collaborating with existing subject matter experts on current and upcoming processes/applications.
