I support industrial players, project developers and investors in the hydrogen value chain, with a strong focus on water electrolysis and large-scale project execution.

With 15+ years of experience in energy, gas and chemicals, I have delivered industrial projects (10–100M€) in Europe and China, from early concept and pre-FEED to commissioning. I also led highly innovative development programs (TRL4 to TRL8), including first-of-a-kind deployments.

Today, I help clients to:

De-risk electrolyzer projects: technical risk mapping, OEM assessment, TRL readiness, specification support
Optimize techno-economics: CAPEX/OPEX framing, key design trade-offs, performance drivers impacting LCOH
