With over 11 years of experience in the logistics and supply chain industry, I am a highly proficient professional in the FMCG space. I have worked as a SIOP Manager at a Pharmaceutical business for a number of years, managing the end-to-end supply chain from forecasting, planning, scheduling, and master data. My role encompasses the running and managing of the S&OP process, which includes forecasting and planning the production of 150-180 SKUs within a strict GMP process. I have been part of a successful SAP implementation, giving me an extensive knowledge of the application, including the backing tables, MRP, material master management, and reporting. Furthermore, I have a solid understanding of the industry, both in terms of the technology and the logistics involved. My experience, combined with my ability to think strategically, has enabled me to be a key player in the success of Rosemont Pharmaceuticals.
