Key Achievements
• Directed the Industry PMO engagement with key industry stakeholders through leadership of the PMO Steering Group, establishing business as usual processes and best practice to effectively discharge Timetable Assurance duties to the wider industry.
• Led an industry wide multi-disciplinary team to deliver the Industry Readiness for the renewal of Camden Sewer, tunnel portal installation at Werrington and the partial closure of Kings Cross Station to enable the delivery of the Signalling and Track Renewal.

• Appointed as the Project Speed Governance Workstream Lead for the development and delivery of seven improvement workstreams to deliver sustainable benefits to the Rail Network Enhancements Pipeline (RNEP).
• Evolved the remit of the Continuous Improvement team, supporting Route Services to generate over 300 Continuous Improvement initiatives to deliver sustainable benefits to customers.
• Led the development and delivery of a revised Plant Programme governance strategy to achieve project delivery process compliance and improved investment decision making. Completed a full review of On Track Plant (£80m) and Other Small Plant (£54m) fund governance, realigning initiatives to customer aspirations and requirements.
• Sponsorship of nine Signalling Renewals projects on the West Coast Main Line leading to successful commissionings with an AFC of circa £450m.
