My educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, an MSc in Strategic Project Management with distinction, and a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute. With over 22 years of experience in program and project management (client side), I have developed a proven track record of successfully setting, implementing, and instituting and enforcing project management standards across various industries . I have prepared reports to senior management using project management, MAXIMO, HYPERION softwares (CEO, Chairman, GM) for project progress and status of achieving the KPIs (financial, contractual,strategic) in both English and Arabic language. In addition, i have been managing the investment office, preparing and negotiating business plans and PPP for more than 3 years.
