I provide independent buy-side due diligence services in the fields of accounting & financial due diligence, corporate governance and strategic communications. After around one decade at KPMG Germany's audit and capital markets practice, and PwC's Swiss Deals practice, I am establishing my own business, which draws on my finance and accounting experience and integrates corporate governance analyses to deliver clients a comprehensive look, not just on the target's quality of financials, but also on management's remuneration and oversight systems, as well as risks resulting from incoherences in strategic communications.
