My name is Valentina and I’m a Registered Nutritionist (Association for Nutrition, UK). I graduated with full marks from the University of Roehampton in London, where I studied Nutrition and Health. I’m very passionate about anything related to healthy living, and I especially love working 1:1 with people, helping them reach their goals and improve their relationship with food.
I work with my clients by supporting and encouraging them through their journey to health, while they rediscover the joy in eating a balanced and nutritious diet without the shadow of having to lose weight or look a certain way as the main purpose.
I share my knowledge so they can learn that we are all very different and with very different needs, so comparing yourself to others is pointless and damaging, in particular when it comes to what we eat. Most importantly, I teach them how to listen to their body, in order to understand what it needs to thrive, and how simple positive choices can bring lasting change in our lives and make it so much easier to achieve a healthy and happy relationship with the food we eat and our body.
