Contributing to the codesign and implementation of a new innovation department through concrete game-changer projects. Our mission is to help building new sustainable services and organisations, with "the outside" (the Group's ecosystem), for the future of logistics and transport. We focus our efforts on four strategic objectives: 1. Identify & prioritize the challenges of the Group's customers & businesses. E.g. Global Customer Journey Program. 2. Anticipate future disruptions, & act on them. E.g. Think-Do Tank with major customers & suppliers on the sustainable urban logistics of tomorrow. 3. Launch & accelerate short & long term innovation projects. E.g. New service codesigned with a major customer. 4. Build an innovative organisation. E.g. Helping businesses to reinvent themselves. We strive to connect the dots between the Group's entities - Startup Incubation, Capital Venture, Open Innovation, R&D, Digital Factory, Value Added Services, etc. - and "the outside" (the Group's ecosystem).
