I design and fix execution infrastructure for data pipelines where correctness, reproducibility, and auditability matter more than speed.

I typically work with small to mid-size teams running complex or regulated workflows who feel things like:

– “This pipeline works, but no one dares to touch it.”

– “We can’t guarantee the same results months later.”

– “An audit or delivery would require reconstruction.”

My work focuses on making execution deterministic and observable:

– stabilizing fragile workflows

– removing risky manual steps

– enforcing clear execution boundaries

– making pipelines reproducible over time

– reducing fear around change

I don’t come in to add tools or complexity.

I work on small, focused missions (1–5 days) to fix one concrete problem at a time and leave behind something reliable and understandable.

My background spans execution architecture, cloud platforms (Azure), workflow orchestration, and compliance-constrained systems (ISO / regulated environments). This allows me to take responsibility for systems where failure is not an option.
