I spent 20 years building customer data infrastructure that handles millions of users under pressure. At the IOC, I ran the fan acquisition and identity platform across four Olympic Games, growing the registered user base from 21 million to 41 million. Before that, 12 years at SGS as Global Head of MarTech: 25-person team, CHF 1.5M annual budget, 300+ websites consolidated into one ecosystem.

My work sits at the intersection of acquisition strategy, customer identity, and MarTech: getting the right users into the right systems, with consent, at scale. I'm useful when Legal, IT, and Marketing need to be in the same room and someone has to make it work.
