Establishing the PMP department within the organisation by defining the purpose, identifying core functions, and implementing the changes by preparing the relevant documentation (according QMS ISO9001 & AS9100) Providing technical expertise to Mynaric projects, programs, and general developments in the field of materials and processes (process/material evaluation, selection, verification, process development and related analysis) in close cooperation with other engineering disciplines Participating in related project reviews and Materials & Processes Control Boards (MPCBs) with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders Completing an evaluation of procurement proposals with stakeholders Supporting the selection of mechanical parts, materials, and processes and assessment of critical PMP based on the project requirements & ECSS std. Preparation, review, and approval of technical documentation for PMP Developing tests for the evaluation of PMP; supporting the tests for qualification of PMP and failure investigations related to applied processes and materials Auditing the suppliers for project related requirements and quality purposes; providing support in RCA related to applied processes and materials

Technical expert for material testing & selection, metal, composite, and surface technology issues (esp. corrosion & coatings) Staffing and training resources during initial phases of materials engineering projects Analysis and identification of revenue levers such as quality testing tools to increase annual revenue in the quality assurance team (achieved an excess of €100 000) SPOC for Materials & Testing Division for TRL6 project for materials used in printed electrics (inks, polymers, conductors); identifying test methods for qualification of new materials Qualification of suppliers for surface treatment processes of metallic materials (pickling, anodising, etc) & paints (water-based, corrosion inhibiting) Coordination & consultation with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders on procedure topics, tools, and M&P policies Providing technical assistance for Research & Technology teams - new generation Aluminum-Lithium alloys for advanced technologies; structural paints for additive manufacturing smart materials; surface treatment processes Preparation, review, and approval of technical documentation and analysis of mechanical tests, products, material specifications
