I'm a seasoned full-cycle recruiter with a sourcer mindset. I excel in identifying and attracting top-tier data scientists with a product focus (across various regions, including EMEA, Tel Aviv, Singapore, and the US). I have partnered with Data Science managers and directors to develop and implement hiring strategies, and leveraged data and insights to guide our discussions. Implemented innovative sourcing techniques, talent mappings and built candidate engagement programs to maximise ROI. I have also investigated data to push for changes in recruiting and sourcing practices, ultimately driving improvements in recruiting programs. I have helped achieve my recruiting pod desirable metrics year after year, while also increasing the total team's desired KPIs. Throughout my tenure at Meta I mentored several sourcers and acted as an interim lead for the team. DEI Over the past six years, I have been a passionate advocate for DEI practices in tech hiring. I have successfully built and executed on various DEI strategies, including liaising and reporting to senior partners, such as D&I Directors and Analytics Directors, to create and expand recruiting programs. One of my key achievements was working closely with business directors to expand recruiting programs internationally while also understanding and addressing local nuances. I have managed numerous programs from scratch to launch, including the creation of EMEA focused D&I training, diversity playbook and xfn inclusive sourcing sessions model.

I was hiring for top software engineers around the world to join EMEA teams (London, Warsaw, Munich, Stockholm, Aarhus and Zurich offices). Working on the contract basis.

I was in charge of building from the scratch all sourcing and recruiting processes for tech roles. I partnered closely with technology product team. I reported directly to the CTO. 3 months contract assignment.
