Alec Findlay

With two decades of experience as a professional photographer and a decade as a graphic designer, I offer a unique combination of creative and technical expertise. Specializing in both model and product photography, I’ve developed a deep understanding of visual storytelling and brand identity across multiple mediums.

I began my career as a junior photographer, progressing to lead photographer for Boardriders UK, where I mastered all aspects of photography, from lighting and composition to post-production. After gaining invaluable experience, I worked with Eden Horticulture before transitioning to self-employment. During this time, I collaborated with industry-leading brands such as Next Retail Ltd, Selfridges, Country Attire, and Surfdome (Internet Fusion Group).

In addition to my photography work, I’ve spent the last 10 years as a graphic designer, honing my skills in visual communication and brand consistency. This dual expertise allows me to not only create stunning visuals but also ensure they align perfectly with broader design strategies.
