I first worked as a technical engineer for 6 months and then was promoted to team leader in the wireless department. I changed some of the corporate services, including adding cache servers such as ISA Server 2003 and Squid Server, and I rebuilt the corporate data center and switched all subscribers from using Windows servers to MikroTik routers, using Hotspot with PPP and TACACS/FreeRadius, becoming the network administrator. https://www.bagtel.com

I started working as a team leader in the Network Operations Center department and modified some monitoring systems and added some software, such as PRTG and CACTI, to monitor traffic and connected network devices. I worked on some VSAT devices such as Linkstar, iDirect, Comtech, Newtech and some VSAT controllers called Auto Track System. I was appointed as a network administrator and rebuilt, refurbished the main data center and refurbished all data centers in most Iraqi provinces. I reorganized the permissions for all our technical staff using FreeRadius to give them permission, such as read/write/complete/adjust. I redesigned the network to qualify as an international standard core/distribution/access network using Cisco routers and switches and MikroTik routers in our POP's with PPP broadband connections. I have contracted with Google, Facebook and Akamai to set up and host CDN servers on our network to save bandwidth costs, time and deliver content to the end user faster than before. I moved most of the company servers from Windows Server to Linux running Ubuntu and CentOS. I was directly responsible for the intranet project between the Iraqi Ministry of Planning and all its branches using MPLS/VPLS protocol. I founded an ISP company and obtained an administrative position as CEO of the company, where I am directly responsible for all technical departments and dealing with service providers, as well as contracts with private and public companies and Iraqi ministries.
