Delivered interim and consulting assignments for international industrial groups in automotive, steel, and private equity, with a focus on finance transformation, controlling, cash performance, and carve-out execution.

Key assignments included:

• Vallourec Drilling: restored control over cash and performance steering by redesigning cash forecasting, upgrading reporting, and rebuilding visibility on working capital and budgeting.

• Visteon Interiors: led the decentralization of accounting during a carve-out, transferring activities from a Shared Services Center to regional teams across Asia, Europe, and the Americas.

• FCI: secured continuity of Corporate Management Control during the final phase of a carve-out and divestment, ensuring smooth handovers and uninterrupted budget cycle delivery.

• Plastic Omnium: structured budgeting and reporting for a newly centralized Group IT function, while strengthening performance monitoring and supporting finance team reorganization.

Assigned to support the Finance Department in the reorganization of the Central Management Control function for a leading communications infrastructure operator.

Delivered operational support across monthly closing, quarterly forecasting, and day-to-day finance management, while carrying out an organizational diagnostic and designing tools aligned with project-based operations.

Key outcomes included the redesign of Group reporting, improved reporting lead times, and stronger Executive Committee commentary with a more strategic and business-focused perspective.

Brought in to secure continuity of the Western Region controlling function during a major reorganization. Delivered end-to-end support across monthly close, outlooks, 2017 budgeting, reporting, audit support, and year-end closing, while acting as a key interface between finance, shared services and operations. The mission also highlighted structural improvement opportunities around reporting simplification, reduction of manual accounting reallocations, and more effective performance steering.
