I am an IT professional with a blended experience in AI and Automation projects, IT Service Design, IT Service Delivery and Support, and Open Source Software License Clearing.
My six years of experience in Business Process Automation represented the high point of my caree having had the opportunity to work in a role at the confluence between technical understanding and business expertise. This allowed me to use my educational background in Computer Science and Information Technology but with a more business-oriented flavour.
My current skills cover a very good understanding of the current AI technologies (I have a Ph.D in Computers and IT), service design and architecture (ITIL v3 Intermediate - Service Design certified), project coordination (Scrum Master), IT infrastructure understanding (Cisco CCNA), people management experience (have led teams of 25+) as well as ISO 9001 and 27001 practical experience.
However, beyond my professional competence, it is my attitude that makes people want to work with me. I'm a self-starter, result-oriented and resourceful individual who sees a solution in every challange.
