After graduating from the same academy with a mark of 99/100 in my final year project, I was selected to teach other students UI principals. After running 12 courses successfully, we are now holding the 13th comprehensive course in a new way in the form of 20 interactive webinars and 13 videos. In this course, topics in accordance with international academies will be taught in parallel with the practical project work and with the actual experiences of the Spiral Design Center, and at the end, projects will be judged by the country's leading digital product designers. Responsibilities:

• Teach students digital design principals

• Hold technical workshops and coordinate them

• Check students' projects and give feedbacks

• Connect my students to work life using my connections and brand (In Iran)

For the fourteen months, I have been working as the Product Design Team Lead in KARZAR.NET, the biggest and most popular petition signing platform in the Middle East, serving more than 25 Million Active Users. At Karzar, I was responsible for the development and implementation of several new user facing features. I worked with the product and development teams to integrate new and satisfying journey map for users, as well as the petition authors and administrators. My most rewarding experience in this engagement has been redesigning the whole petition submitting process, focusing on a user-centered design, which led to a 84% increase in process completion by authors Responsibilities:

• Decide on technologies to use on website/app

• Design user interface and implementation of it

• Design user experience and product tree

• Develop landing pages for our campaigns

• Lead the product team with tasks and roadmaps

ManTaraham is the biggest society of designers in Iran. With more than 11,000 signatures, many people now know the ManTaraham campaign, and thousands of people on social media speak about the design profession with its Persian hashtag (# طراحم _ من .( Now, after the holding of the seventh conference of this campaign, we hope to continue this great movement of designers. I was elected to be the manager in 2018 and held 6th and 7th annual conferences of this campaign on my own.
