    Project Manager, Global Network Community Team; Managed and supported projects across the Global Network of Fashion Revolution offices and volunteers, and delivery of the EU-Funded Small But Perfect project.
    • Worked with project partners across several EU countries to deliver project outcomes to tight deadlines, managing global network involvement; I designed and delivered a communications and engagement plan to influence our global network offices to collaborate on funding applications.
    • Worked with an international teams to create, proof-read and edit other writers’ copy for educational content - on global impacts of fashion production, as part of an Erasmus-funded project.
    • Produced communications and content updates across our global network voluntary teams, with relevant tone of voice and on-brand according to their country.
    • Supported volunteers to launch and deliver their own projects. I developed the strategy that aimed to support collaboration of country offices for our campaigning week, that steered our Fashion Revolution Week’s story-telling content.

    Community Manager - Campaigns & Movement Building

    Arts & Cultural Activation Project: wwf.org.uk/just-imagine. I designed and delivered this arts activism project through management of an interdisciplinary team.
    • Mobilised creatives across the UK to engage in complex climate change issues by translating campaign materials into accessible content and stories; I created a competition brief that encouraged engagement with our campaign from over 650 artists, leading up to COP26.
    • Tailored digital resources informed by audience insights; researched, designed and wrote toolkits to support communities in leading their own successful engagement activity in climate change topics.
    • Partnered across sectors, creating and leading collaborative events to increase project impact; including a workshop I designed and lead for the Peoples History Museum's 'Radical Lates' series.
    • Researched and implemented adaptive engagement methods, successfully delivering impactful outcomes during lockdown; transitioned our planned exhibition to a virtual art exhibition -subsequently attracting over 2070 visitors from 50 countries globally.

    National Lottery & WWF Project: Mobilising Community Climate Action: I led this project enabling community groups to tackle climate change in their local area.

    • Responded to community enquiries and requests; I used insights from this correspondence to build informative, engaging content - proactively re-allocating budget for content translations.
    • Pioneered an organisational small-grants funding process and wrote, edited and published its resources at WWF-UK, enabling applications from grassroots organisations; planning a timeline, shortlisting and selection process.
